If i my understanding is correct, you want an html form to be displayed to the users of the website.I think this can be acheived by using PTs.Use PT to generate an HTML form and deploy this HTML file to the webserver using opendeploy and have links in website to pick up this html file from the webserver.

I'm guessing the first poster is actually hoping to use Teamsite Forms as the external interface, so that outsiders can fill in forms, and the content of that form would get transfered to internal employees (customer care service). That is, using Teamsite itself as your "internet helpdesk interface" (or at least the initial input part).
