Populate valid values in a metadata table

To whom it may concern,
I have created a metadata table. May I know how to pre-populate this metadata table with valid values? I have read some where i need to use Library Manager administrative utility. Is it Worksite MP Library Manager? Please provide step by step intructions.

Yes, its Library Manager, you can add values there. It is quiet simple, just open the Library Manger and navigate to your metadata table and add the entries.
