Workflow within workflow

Does anyone have any example code of how to kick of a workflow from within a workflow? I know you kick of a jobspecification.xml file... or any xml file that is formed like a workflow file but not seen any examples of this.

I need to kick of a submit workflow from within another one...

Have you read the workflow manual regarding wftask's?
If so - what don't you understand about it? what have you tried? Provide as much context as possible - including product versions, platforms, etc.

I havent managed to find an example of how to kick this off without any user interaction. Form the manual it appears you can kick of a job speck file but there are no eaxmples of how to do this and how to pass arrays etc to it.

If you just try to search Devnet with keywords as "nested workflow" or "wftask" ... then also you will find some good posts as per your requirement.
