Teamsite can login but Opendeploy

hi all,

Encountered this problem where i could login in Teamsite but not Opendeploy, with error message: Authenticate failed?

I thought both logins should be tied to Unix (OS) level credentials?

Anyone care to share his/her experience in this?

what version and platform of Teamsite and Open Deploy ? Is that the complete message? Have you ever been able to log into OpenDeploy?

What is your access mode ? I know there were open issues for OD using LDAP when TS would work.

Is there any valuable information in the CSF logs ?

Hi,
did you try to use the user account given in the file .../OpenDeployNG/etc/deploy.cfg, field "Deploy.bootStrapUserName" to login?
Or did you use another account?
If so, did you administer that account in your OD Administeration befoer?

wht version of OD is it.
Check if u have enabled "passphrase" in deploy.cfg
