Direct URL to Workspace

I need to generate a link in an automated e-mail that points to a workspace. Using the send URL link option in the Action menu I can get a URL, but this contains the internal page number...

http://[server]/WorkSite/scripts/Home.aspx?page=!nrtdms:0:!session:[SERVER]:!database:[DATABASE]:!page:9999:&ext=1

... Is there a way to formulate a link that uses the workspace name instead (preferred), or is there a way, using the API, to resolve a workspace name to a page number.

This entire string is the moniker of the workspace object:
!nrtdms:0:!session:[SERVER]:!database:[DATABASE]:!page:9999:

This string uniquely identifies the workspace that is stored in WorkSite (on the server side).

You may search for the workspace (IManWorkSession/IManDatabase.SearchWorkspaces) by name and query for its moniker which is returned by the IManWorkspace.ObjectID Property.

One easy way to get the URL for a specific WorkSpace is to look at the link on the WorkSpace name in the WorkSpace header. That link is actually to the home page for that WorkSpace. WorkSpace names in list views do not have the same URL on them.
