TeamSite 6.7 - log4j.jar location

Why has the location of log4j.jar changed? It used to be in iw-home/httpd/webapps/content_center/WEB-INF/lib with all the other jars. Now it exists in two new places:

iw-home/cssdk
iw-home/servletd/common/lib

Any insights? Will these continue to change in the future? We have some Java external tasks that use the CS SDK that have to be updated now. We referenced it in the old location and were told not to put log4j.jar in the customer_src/lib path.

What should we do to prevent this location changing in the future?
