the box that have those errors has also teamsite, and i found out that event subsytem is down?
and the iwsrvices is taking 33% of the process int he machine..
so i m guessing that s the problem, but i dont know wht it is exactly..

You have Teamsite along with OD base right? What is u'r TS env? why is event subsystem off? did you configure you even subsystem accordin to the manual?

whats u'r OD env, i am assuming 5.6.0.1.0 from logs.

Did you test the test deployment on the base server? does that work good?

Try a simple deployemnt to the target server you have mentioned here, run it from CLT.

we are on OD 5.6.01 on windows 2000 and teamsite 5.5.2 SP5.
we are in the process of upgrading soon to OD 6.1 and TS 6.5 sp2.

the deployments arent failing. it is complet fine.

yes and that machine has TS for our dev team and OD base that deployments to another box that has OD on it. all the deployments are fine, but i notice the size of the log file of the deployment from the slow box is 261MB...
the event subsytem is configured to be on, but for some reason it was down this morning. we tried to restart it, but it doesnt come up, so we are gonna reboot the server.

i m new to this organization, and i havent got my hand on how everything is configured here, but if you tell me where to check about event subsytem, and configure it to what, i can do that.

after rebooting the server, teamsite is up like normal, but the event subsytem is still down, we try to reboot it and it says something ... JVM exiting with code -1 ... ? any ideas?

and where and how should configure the event subsytem?
