What am I missing here?

TS 6.5 SP2 on Win2K

We have a workflow that fires using the tt_data command when clicking "Finish" on a DCT. In previous versions of TeamSite if the file being edited already existed on a workflow then it wouldn't submit it to a new workflow (unless you went through the TS UI and specifically submitted it). Has this behavior changed? Is there another way I can keep a file from being submitted on multiple workflows? Thanks.

I haven't dealt with a tt_data workflow for a while now and don't have an environment set up to test this now - but if you can easily reproduce this, I'd suggest filing a bug report with IWOV Support.
