Black Ice Driver installation

I've successfully installed Black Ice Driver as per instructions in the Mediabin Admin Guide. But still when I'm trying to add a pdf file. Its giving the error (screenshot attached). I've installed Terminal Server Edition of Black Ice Driver as mentionedin the Guide. Please suggest what could be the possible reason for this.

Does the "MetaFile Printer" printer exist on the server (and is that its name?)

Did you edit the
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AcroExch.document\shell\printto\command
key in the registry (delete the " %4" part)?

Do you have AA Reader installed on the server and what version? You have to rename the printer to Metafile Printer and also change the temp directory.

When troubleshooting the Black Ice printer, you should be able to launch a PDF file in Acrobat and manually print to the "Metafile Printer" and verify that files are being written to the directory you expect. If so, delete them since MediaBin won't know to clean them up.

The problem was resolved with the help from IW support. I changed the name of the printer to 'Metafile Printer', restarted Mediabin server and voila!!!
