App Setup for Lotus Notes in Worksite

We are starting to use Worksite 8.2 and our emails are not opening up in Lotus Notes 6 as expected. Outlook works ok, and so do the other Office apps. Do we need to change the settings in our App Setup in Database Administration?

Right now we have the following:

Integration mode: Non-Integrated
DDE: unchecked
DDE Name: LOTUS NOTES 6
DDE Topic: SYSTEM
Open: [FileOpen("??")]
Open Read Only: [FileOpen("??")]

Please let me know if you have any ideas.
