Publishing a form

My client wants me to publish an asp form to his website through open deploy using teamsite. When the website user fills up the form and submits it ,it should go as an e-mail to the concerned employee of my client.

Now the problem is - how can a public website user fill in and submit an ASP form published by opendeploy using TS.
Generating e-mail will be no problem once i find that out.
