Favorites disappearing

Some of the users of teamsite 6.7.0 have complained that they have lost all of their favorites. I talked to some of the other users and they have not lost them.

I saw from a previous most someone mentioned about using iwprop to see if there are any values. I created a favorite for me and then rand the command -iwprop -user xyzabc and it returned ''.

Any ideas?

Does't anyone have an explanation why favorites disappear ?

I have a single user, that this happens for once in a while. Any way/hints how to track this or debug this ?

I previously saw this issue at a client. And it was happening to one user only. It looked it there was some issue with the entity db. I think we ended up recreating the entity db. Contact support and they should be able to help you out with this.
