Y: Drive Not accessible

Hi,

I am trying to access the Y drive on teamsite server. However I am unable to do so as it says "The parameter is incorrect" even though the entire directory is visible through the GUI.

Please let me know as to what might be the problem.

Didn't get your question correctly how are you accesing your y:/ drive?

Hi,
We are accessing the Y drive from the Windows Explorer.
When I look at iw-mount from the IIS it is displaying a red mark with the message that the system cannot find the path specified. I have tried rebooting the server but to no effect.

Are you remote dekstoped into the machine? I have seen issues with screen refresh problems in some environments where the Y drive is not visible and then it shows up after some time. Also I think I recently saw a support KB article on something similar. Check it out.

What is u'r TS version?

I hope you don't have an expired TS.lic?

Can you tell as to how to check if the licence key has expired as the license_expires=NoLimits is set in the iw.cfg file.

Which version of Teamsite are you using??

If 6.5 then check tslicinfo.log

Run the CLT 'tsisvalid'. The command creates a license status report file in {iw-home}/install/tsisvalid.log.
