Activating VBScript event handlers

I am very new to developing Interwoven products and I am struggling with making the event handlers work.

What I would like to do is repopulate a search dialog lookup field(docnum). I sent a support email and did get and effective answer with some sample coding on how to do it.

The problem now is getting Worksite to recognize the .nrs files. I have placed the sample files in the c:\program files\imanage\scripts folder as mentioned in the vb scription SDK instructions. NO luck though.

Am I missing something?

You should put it in the scripts folder under the installed path of your WorkSite Client.

In general, the SDK documented installed path is correct if you have pre 8.0 WorkSite Client. If, however, you have 8.0/8.1/8.2 WorkSite Client, then you should have the scripts folder in the installed path under, e.g., "C:\Program Files\Interwoven\WorkSite\".
