Task details window

In the workflow tab,there are a lot of job attributes like workarea,owner,type,due date,priority.Is there a provision to add another element besides these existing attributes?.
My project requiremnt is to have a user entered number to be displayed throughout the workflow.

Read both the Wrofklow Developer's Manual (high-level) and the User Interface Customization Guide (low-level) - search for things like "priority" and "due date"

Read more about workflow_custom.xml and ui_custom.xml to add on customised columns. Refer to the reference files: ref_ccpro_workflow_config.xml and ref_ccstd_workflow_config.xml.

Is it possible to add a field on the job window and not on the task window or shown as read only on the task screen and made editable on the job tab.Also can we make these element noneditable for some and editable for some users.

Have you got a specific use case? I get the impression that you are wanting to make some changes to the details page which aren't exposed via the UITK. You could make some unsupported changes to the JSP that renders that page, but that's about it if you want to go beyond the fairly limited set of things that are exposed via the toolkit.

I believe you do have access to some of this stuff. I have added another column in TS 6.5 to the job listing page details. I would have to dig it back up to see how I did it, but it is possible using the UITK.

What version of TeamSite is this?
