Why swing is immature for generating templates??

What are the disadvatages of Swing for creating templates??

Using Swing it is quite easy to create Datacapture.cfg file....it also having a dynamic nature of controls included in cfg file.

Swing is also having a different look and feel.So what is the issue with Swing??

Please guide me for this issue.

what are you trying to build with Swing (I am guessing that you are relating to JFC/Swing)? And why?

In the interwoven guide,somewhere i read that we can use Swing to create DCR for any template.

So i thought Swing will be best choice for this.

I believe he is referring to the pre-5.5 guide. Where Java DCT's were available.
