OpenDeploy 6.0 and TeamSite 6.7SP1

Hi ,
I would like to know if there would be any compatibility issues when I upgrade TeamSite server from 6.0 to 6.7 SP1 with the OpenDeploy server 6.0 or 5.5 . Appreciate if anybody can let me know if they have found that to be an issue or noncompatible.
