Error opening temporary file from Worksite

We are getting an error when trying to open a file from Worksite Web.

The file transfer process occurs and the file is saved to the C:\temp directory, then the following error is presented:

"Cannot find file 'file://127.0.0.1/c$/Temp/10c5a.....msg' Make sure the path or Internet address is correct"

If this is happening through the WorkSite Web application, you should open a ticket with Tech Support. They're best equipped to handle the problem.

If you're doing this through code customization, please provide more info here on what you're trying to accomplish and what you are doing in code to accomplish your task. I would also need to know what version of WorkSite Web you're using.
