"re-tag" button to repopulate several fields

I have 3 metadata fields (field_a, field_b and field_c) within my TS taggin UI configured to be populated by Metatagger. field_a and field_b are link together and if the "re-tag" button of one or the other is clicked, i need to update both fields at the same time.

Is there any ways when a user clicks the "re-tag" button for field_a to have field_b repopulated too but not field_c?
