SPAM my Domain

I've had an ongoing problem. I own a domain and some spammer in the world is using my domain as the FROM address for his SPAM. I'm getting a bunch of "Out of Office" and "SPAM Blocked" messages (which is easy to stop), but more importantly, my domain name is being black listed. Anyone know of any way to stop this from happenning? I'd like to stop the spammer and stop from being black listed.
