error?

i got an error message when I'm previewing/uploading a file from my local computer.. the message is :

error uploading fie contact.shtml to teamsite server:
error moving temp file /var/tmp/tmpAAAQyaW1n to /.iwmnt/intl/main/www.id.novartis.com/WORKAREA/website/contact.shtml : Permission denied (error 13)

why is this happen?

yes, I have.. when I log in as authors / editors, the result is still the same.. error 13..

try creating a test file in the same directory to make sure you have the permissions.

Not really what I meant, sorry. The permission I'm referring to are OS-level permissions. That is, is your user in the appropriate group to write to this workarea, for instance?
