I am a Mater user and am supposed to add a user under all roles ,to my client's TS server.I have only remote acces to TS Server. I can access the roles file in iw-home. But i cant add this person as a Windows user .How will the things work out if i dont do that?Now because I dont have Administration tab showing up in the TS professional interface, every time i loggin to the server as Master, how can i assign roles to this person ?I cant use CLTs.

Are you saying that you do not have access to login to the TS server directly - or- via something like RemoteDesktop?Did someone remove the Administration Tab via the UI customization files?
You can add the users in the role list but as TS architecture resides over the OS... so the authentication and authorzation of users would be problematic.Also you said.. you have remote access to your TS Server. Could you please describe as what type of remote access is this?? Also clarify whether your windows server and TS Server are on the same machine?
As teamsite uses windows authetication so either you should have windows/domain/ad users created before you provide access for different rolesWhat kind of remore access you have?First, if you have user already created, you can simple add this user in your role file, it wont be a problem as you mentioned you have remore access(not sure what kind of)/if you can access role filesThanks Nicholas
I can go to TS professional and have access to config files. and some branches and work areas.
