A TS editor cant view a file she wants to work on. When i log in as a master i see its been locked by someone. What can the possible reason be for that?How to resolve the problem?
What does that mean "TS editor cant view". She must be viewing the file whatever state the file would be unless deleted and submitted.As it has been locked by someone... just hover the mouse over the lock symbol, you would get to know as who has locked. You can unlock the same through Actions Menu >> Unlock option.Also clarify whether she has the proper priviledges to work on that specific workarea files?
How can those priviledges be given ? She is not even able to view the file, i dont know if she is able to view the work area!How can a work area's visibility options be modified?
