servletd crashes

TS6.1 Sp2 , Solaris 8

On an ever increasing frequency we get servletd crashes that knock out our system.

The error in /var/adm/iwui/servletd.log is always along the lines of

An unexpected exception has been detected in native code outside the VM.
Unexpected Signal : 11 occurred at PC=0xFF242B34
Function name=realloc
Library=/usr/lib/libc.so.1

... plus the stack trace

I see a few others on the forum have experienced this kind of behaviour.

We have tried upping the maxMemory settings for cssdk and this alieviated the problem for a while, but now it seems to have come back.

I cant trace this back to any particular user or system events as the logging does not indicate anything specific.

Any ideas ?

Please have a check on templating.cfg file size. If it grows beyond 1.5MB then it may lead to problem because of parsing issues.
