Teamsite 6.5 folder names

We are currently using Teamsite 6.5 SP2. When a folder is created in Teamsite 6.5 CCPRO and when we move the move the cursor over the folder the folder name displays as all files instead of the folder name. is there a way we can fix this scenario

This is strange issue!
Does this happen with all the new as well as existing folders and with different users and roles also ?
