How does one enable a workflow for content center standard?

I've got workflows showing up in ccs and ccp but I notice not all of them are showing in ccs. How do I enable a workflow to display in both ccs and ccp?

My guess is that the workflows that do not show up in CCS have branch_list directives in the available_templates.cfg and if you attempt to launch a workflow from the top-level portal interface in CCS there is no branch context, and thus those workflows won't show up.

I believe that

<branch v="^$"/>

will work for such contexts if you want to have the branch_list specifications for other reasons. (Note: this is the same [lack-of] context that you would have if you try to launch a workflow from the Workflow tab in CCPro
