Can anyone tell how to remedy this problem. The links that are giving the errors in the email templates are passed to a servlet that allows users to log in to the network and and then that servlet fowrards the request further after proper authentication. The format of the link that does NOT works is :https:////public/login/forward.jsp?forwardURL=https:////iw-cc/singlesignon?param=/viewdiff?vpath=/default/main/BranchName/UnitedStates/WORKAREA/DEVELOPMENT/us/calendar.htmland the one that works is :https:////public/login/forward.jsp?forwardURL=https:////iw-cc/singlesignon?param=/previewfile?vpath=/default/main/BranchName/UnitedStates/WORKAREA/DEVELOPMENT/us/calendar.htmlThe links that work are /previewfile and /taskfilecomment and the ones that dont work are /viewdiff /edit and /properties. The links have the same format as provided in the default email templates. Attached is the copy of error that pops up. am I missing something in the links?ThanksInterwoven 6.5Unix
Yes.getting the same error for all the three . edit, properties and viewdiff.for viewdiff i had an assumption that it compares with the staging to compare so no need to provide other vpath. even if it was the case what would be missing from edit and properties? they should not require another vpath. Also, I tried providing another vpath as you said but still getting the same error. Thanks for your previous reply.
