iwwebd_conf.ipl open up while executing iwreset -a

Hi ,

Using TS 6.1 Win 2k

When I execute command iwreset -a , the file iwwebd_conf.ipl file opens up in notepad.

Could anyone tell why this is so ?

Is there something wrong ?

Because omeone probably tried to open an IPL script to read / edit it and selected the option to "Always use this program ..." (or whatever it says) and thus misconfigured the file associations for .ipl on your W2K box.

If I recall correctly - .ipl should have an ftype of "iwperl" and "iwperl" should have an assoc the references iwhome/iw-perl/bin/iwperl

To fix: Either run the ftype and assoc commands yourself - or do an Open With (or whatever) on a simple .ipl script and then browser for iwperl and then select the "Always use this program ..." checkbox.
