WSMP and oracle jinitators Conflict

Dear,

We have meet the following errors while opening the WSMP,

1. When the user open the ICIS (a customer information system with using oracle jinitators 1.3.1.25,) and then open the WSMP it appears this error (error0) (See attached file: edocs-err0.JPG)

2. When the user open the EDOCS first and then ICIS, here is the error (See attached file: edocs-err1.JPG)

a. Both case will close all the IE afterwards

b. Most of the clients facing this problem, but 3 of them do not

c. client configuration : the sun jre is 1.4.2.07, microsoft JVM (because of installing the office integration), Oracle jinitator
1.3.1.25

Probably this is a IE version/patch error, you can check the versiona and patches where the things working, hope you will get some useful then.

Both working and non-working PCs are the same for IE and Java issue.

Are OS and other configuration also same?

I did a some investigation around and found that some versions of the JInitator will not work on Pentium 4 based PC's but not sure with the 1.3.1.x and also make sure the web site you're going to is added to the Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer.
