WSMP Date/Time Format

Dear,

In config.jsp, Deployment Manager, we could set the Date/Time Format of the

whole system. What is the date format for 12 Apr 2005 setting in custom box?

I can't check this at my box but probably it will be "dd-mmm-yyyy"

The WSMP date format is changed successfully. But the WorkRoute form using DateTimePicker cannot show correct format in the textbox.

Please advise.

Not sure but may be some setting required at WorkRoute Form/Script side as well.

- Only can change the Date format of WSMP but not applied to WorkRoute form

The WorkRoute form using DateTimePicker cannot show correct format in the textbox in conclusion.

Hope in next version will fix this issue.

Actually its relative.

Process development guide has written on page #56 -
"Date: The display of the month, day, and year is determined by the user's referred locale as defined in WorkSite MP Web Components."

That mean it uses WSMP web comp locale, so you might want to look around, I will look into it, if get some free time and useful for you.

hmm. may be then you can tell them to update or write more information in manuals then.

We already raised this issue with support in January for B6 and it has been assigned a defect-number, but it has not been solved yet (at least not in B7). We wrote our own custom tag to work around this problem, but this ofcourse this implies that you cannot use formsmanager to maintain your workflow forms.
