How to auto populate values from English DCR to French DCR and vise versa.

I needed to implement a functionality such as way that when ever user select values in the English DCR (Data capture record) and clicks a save button, the values in French DCR get pre-selected or auto populated the same as in the English DCR. Could you provide me with an example code and high level process or steps involved ? (A good example should contain just one container as replicant and one item inside)

your requirement or question are incomplete. I can think of different scenarios, based on different sets of requirements. But will not offer anything unless you try to put it in a manner we'll understand.

Do you have some kind of mapping been done? How do you pickup the values is more of concern rather then the actual functionality of updating the French DCR.

You can update the DCR's by opening it and updating it as you do for XML files.
If you have values coming from Database then it is easier as you may be having mapping rows.
