I am building a prototype TeamSite 6.7.1 server on Solaris 10 using t2000 hardware. A t2000 has 8 cores with 4 threads per core creating 32 virtual CPU's. TeamSite sees this as "32" CPU's when generating the license parameters.
====================
DOMAIN=NoDomain
HOSTNAME=star-auth-proto
PRODUCT=TS
CPUS=32
====================
The license generation box only goes up to 16 CPU's. Does this determine anything when the server is running? Or, is this just to track the type of hardware customers are running?
Also, anyone know how to "rebbot" solaris

From the license confirmation....
After you have added the file to the /etc directory,
rebbot your system, and your TeamSite server will run.
