import window does not show all files

I'm trying to import a file into teamsite. The import window that displays my local files does not show all my files. The scroll bar cannot be scrolled. The only way I can see the file is to move the file to a folder by it self or resort by name and hope it shows. For example if I have a folder that contains 26 files (a.html thru z.html) I am only able to see a.html thru j.html. I wll need to sort by name in order to see z.html. It will be impossible for me to see k.html. I would have to move that to a new folder in order to see that.

I think this is a bug with Teamsite and your version of Java.
I know I have seen this with the wrong version of Java installed on the client machine. Search around the forums for more info on this.

Just update your JRE to version 1.4... it should work perfect.

I'm also facing on this problems.
I had installed a J2SDK 1.4.2 on the server before install TeamSite 6.5 sp2
Beside the version of JRE, is there any reason cause this kind of problem?
Also any solution to solve the problem?

I believe the cause is the Sun JRE on the *client* computer (where visual format is installed as an activeX addon to IE) - not the server (where Teamsite is installed). For some odd reason, the import applet running in JRE 1.5 gives the problem of not all files being shown. Quite a few posts around here for that problem, but I don't believe there's any other solution than downgrading to JRE 1.4.2_something.

Not sure if this problem's been resolved in TS 6.7 or so. Anyone?

We're having JRE 1.5 standard on our company desktops, and had to tell users to "live with it". Given how long JRE 1.5 and TS 6.x have been around, you'd think they'd fix this. Smiley Sad
