not getting workflow variables from my wft file

hi all ,

I just code a wft but somehow it's not getting all the workflow variables right.
On the log file it's not populating ARGV(0..2) .I am also getting some hash values for the __TAG__ directives.

I am attaching my wft code and the debug log . Please advise.

I see at least three issues here

In short - you need to read the manuals, take some training, or hire someone who understands all this to assist you and give you some 1:1 training at the same time.
