TeamSite box running on 70%

hello, this morning i noticed an issue in the teamsite box, this happend before:
the box was slow, and the users can login to teamsite but it was hunging everytime they try to click on a link or something. the iw process was using the most memory i think around 1GB...
and the problem was solved by rebooting the server.
this box has also Opendeploy sender.
one day i noticed that the log files grew too large in one deployment around 300MB. and that s when i checked the box and found that the box is slow and the memory usage was high and had to reboot the machine.

do you think it is Teamsite issue or Opendeploy problem? and what could be causing high memory usage? i checked on OD logs and everything seems normal, which ones are TeamSite Logs that might give me clue about the root cause?

we are on TS 5.5.2 and OD 5.6 W2K.

You will get little help as 552 has been end of lifed for 1 1/2 years.

Log on the server & take a look at the process that are running, what is using the majority of the CPU and/or memory ?

they told me iw was using the most memory... and i attached a file called iwstat_today, to see if it will help.. please let me know if u have anymore questions

Nothing jumps out. Though I did notice a few bursts of Workflow activity, but nothing too bad.

You may want to have someone run task manager and look at the processes, but I am guessing it is iwserver.

You can ask support, but I would not hold out much hope.

is this kind an error or not normal thing? can you explain what it means by loggin this? i tried to search the ID like "0x995eff3" on devnet to find what it means but i couldnt find anything about it.

Those are DB IDs for the thread and user. Not error codes.
