Teamsite Folders greyed out for all users - Help

Environment:
Teamsite 6.5 sp2
Windows 2003

All of a sudden all the folders in teamsite have grayed out and none of the users can read any of the files . I have checked the permissions from the windows end and all from the DOS side but everythign seems fine. I have looked into the entity db and that is also fine, error logs done show any wierd errors and submit filter is set and works fine .
I think its a windows issue but i am unable to pinpoint any course of action
Any clue or help will be really appreciated

What do you see when you run iwstat -c from the command line on your TeamSite server (copy/paste)?

I checked the activity and it stopped around 5 hrs ago when the users saw all folders grayed out , support is puzzled too. Users are able to login but see all folders grayed out but the edit buttons etc are all highlighted

Are you using local server groups and users or domain groups and users? I'm thinking that maybe the domain (Active Directory?) server may perhaps have been modified or having connection problems?

There are some settings you can put into your iw.cfg file to force it to dump information about users and groups into the iwtrace.log when you do an iwreset - it might be worth doing that and seeing if it helps to uncover anything.

The folks from Support should probably be the ones to field the information from the above (generally not the kind of data you want to post on a public forum) - hope it helps....
