WSMP Desktop Module Login Fail

Dear,

When we try to login WSMP through the 3 desktop module (MS Office, Exchange, Notes), all of them alert “Access is denied.” Detais: iManMPExt: Access is denied. [CloginCmd][Execute] Access is denied.

The same account could login through WSMP web interface.

Can you write version details of WSMP and your desktop clients? they must have same compatible version.

Solution: un-install all plug-ins and re-install them
