Integrating LiveSite and Siebel

Is it possible to integrate LiveSite and Siebel (call tracking) to produce dynamic pages that filter content based on data or hooks in Siebel? For example, if a user logs into Siebel and accesses a site that's presented via LiveSite, can data be passed from Siebel to LiveSite so that the user only sees articles appropriate to them? Similarly, can LiveSite then pass data (or metadata) back to Siebel for tracking and reporting?
