Workareas greyed out thorugh Sharing=Group

Hi

Using TS 6.5 Win 2003 k SP1 .

Today i installed TS 6.5 .

After installing it , I created store , branch & workarea .

I have a group called 'cmsgrp' . All cms users belong to this grp . workarea Share=Group.

But then also , when one user logs into the system , the workarea of other user are greyed out .

Could any one tell me the reason , though i have given sharing -= Group .

Also for branches i have given grp = 'cmsuser'.

Is this problem with TS 6.5.0 ?

Are you running 6.5 or 6.5SP2 ? I believe SP2 is required to work with W2K3SP1

Well If you see compatability matrix, As adam said you need to have TS6.5 with sp2 on a win2003 sp1. If you donot want to upgrade TS to sp2, you might want to stop teamsite and rid of the sp1 on windows.

Also while specifying the group were you mentioning the domain name?
like mydomain\group.
