regarding TeamSite XML Parsing

Hi friends,

My requirement is to parse the DCRs using the XPath. So do the XML parser we currently use for perl components in TeamSite support XPath parsing of XML documents?

There is one very helpful PERL module TeamSite: Smiley Very Happy

CRnode which has functions to read values from DCR. You can go through its documentation for more info.

On the first, you have not mention as which parser is in use? Also using the same parser or a different one depends upon the requirement. You need all the elements or a specific itme value each time? Please explain a bit more.

I wanted to know if that module supports XPath?

We have around 100 DCRs. And we have to parse for a specific item values in each DCR. And we are supposed to use XPath for this.

So I would like to know if TeamSite: Smiley Very Happy

CRnode supports XPath. Otherwise are there any XML parsers that would come with the TeamSite installation which support XPath?

DCRnode does not support xpath. You could always install a 3rd party module:

Hi Friends,

At the end I was able to resolve the issue.
The XML::XPath module comes by default along with the TeamSite installation. We can use that module to work on the XPath.
