it happen when i open up my DCT, probably after I enable the WYSWYG Textarea...

Is your DCT having VFE in it? How are you accessing the TS interface. Is it locally or somehow through internet? What are the system specifications of client PC? Has the DCT ever opened correctly on this sytem?

1.) Yup, the DCT got the [font color="red"]external-editor="visualformat"[/font] setting,
2.) I am accessing it through Local Area Network, whereby the TS server sitting in the coporate server farm, and I access through client office, but in the same local area network.
3.) the client machine is running on Windows XP SP2, TS is 6.5
4.) when you mention "opened correctly", what does that means?

Is it happening for every PC?

Try opening a DCT without VFE. If it opens correctly, then the problem is definitely with installation of VFE on you client machine. Try re-installing the VFE client.

Otherwise, you have to raise a support case with IW to get this issue resolved.

sorry, forget to highlight that I am using IE7

There are other posts regarding this topic. The IWOV VF editor is not compatible with IE7. You will need to download the eWebEditPro control from Ektron directly. They have a fix.
