how to create multiple format files using the same dct

I am trying to create multiple format/extension files using a single DCT with single/multiple tpl files. Just wondering if templating.cfg in TS 6.5 provides that option of having multiple formats defined as extension?
E.g.
<template name="weather.tpl" extension="html, jsp">

Also, is there a way for users to prompt after the initial generation of file so that they can select the other TPL without closing and re-opening the same DCR? Can the same functionality of generating multiple files be achieved through a workflow or script as soon as the generate button is clicked?

In answer to the first question - no - templating.cfg does not allow the specification of multiple extensions for a given PT - however if the PT always generates multiple files with the same set of extensions - and, presumably the basename of the file is the same throughout (e.g. foo.html, foo.jsp, foo.xml, etc.) then you only need to specify one extension in the templating.cfg file and have all the other ones be created via iw_ostream or Perl I/O (but remember to set the EAs on the other files - only the initially generated file will have them placed there automatically).
