Adding a user in TS 6.7.1

Hi,
Im working with TS 6.7.1 in Win 2003

I've added a local user called TSS\user1 (TSS is the current machine name and this is the machine where TS is installed)
I've added this user under adminstrators group.

Now i want to add this user in TS and assign a role to him.
In the Admin Tab-> Under Manager User, I've entered TSS\user1. It doesnt recognize the user.

On "find", I just gave TSS, and it showed all the users except the user1 which is a newly created user.

Am i missing any step between creating a user in OS and adding in TS using "Manage User"

Did you run iwreset after adding the user to the system?

TS caches the user information and only updates itself periodically - iwreset (no flags) forces TS to refresh that information.

By this time however, it's likely the self-refresh has already taken place

Earlier, i tried immediatly after i created the user at the OS level and didnt use iwreset.
