Unable to Edit

The error message shown when i click on Edit button (of index.asp for ex) is
"the category/type personal/product does not exist in templating.cfg"

however, this does exist in templating.cfg. what can be the source of this problem?

Do you get this error with a particular product type or with all ?

If it is the former then It can be a mismatch of the path or may be silly typo error.

path of index.asp i try to edit is : /default/main/portal/Trust/WORKAREA/workarea/personal/investing/index.asp

Properties of index.asp are
PrimaryDCR : investing.dcr
PrimaryDocumentType: personal/group
PrimaryPT: group.tpl

code snippet and error messages are attached. this error does not occur for only this folder.

while setting the property , i used a '\' instead of '/'. that is say the location of dcr was print/pic, in the command to set the property i gave the location as print\pic. the backward slash was the source of all the problem. thanks Smiley Happy
