Help with CSSimple

Hi guys,
I am working on this problem since last three days and not able to figure out whats the problem,
I am running some a Java App on Tomcat which is on Unix Env and my teamsite server is running on Windows platform.

Now I am trying to access a XML file which is sitting on Teamsite and my XSL file is on Tomcat . I took some sample from the CSSDK and trying to access the file from Teamsite thru

InputStream in = simpleFile.getInputStream(true);

BufferedReader reader = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(in));
String strRead =new String();
while((strRead = reader.readLine()) != null)

InputStream docXslStream = null;
InputSource is = new InputSource(Thread.currentThread).getContextClassLoader().getResourceAsStream("style/admintool/dp/dm_util.xsl"));
docXslStream = is.getByteStream();

TransformerFactory tFactory = TransformerFactory.newInstance();
Transformer transformer = tFactory.newTransformer(new StreamSource(docXslStream));

Now when I try to transform this XML file it gives me "premature end of file exception"

Can somebody please let me know how to read the file from Teamsite, may be I am doing something wring here.
