WA getting greyed out when accessing from client m/c

Hi ,

using TS 6.5 on Win 2003 SP1.

I have created a OS group . All the cms user are part of this grp.

I have created five workareas .

Though I have given Sharing=Group then also the workareas are Greyed out .

But when got to the TeamSite server m/c and try to access the teamsite on this m/c and login with the teamsite user , the user can see and also traverse through different workareas .

The user was not able to do so when he was accessing teamsite from client m/c

The user is not created on server m/c , but the group is created on server m/c in which all the users are included .

Could anyone let me know the reason why this is happening .

which user is not created on server? also u missed screen shots?

Are you using the same user with same role and permissions on the client as well as server machine?

Are all the OS users have been specified within the UID files?
