Write to Document Worklist

I have a service which uses an admin user login to respond to a request from another user to create a new document in Worksite. I want this document to appear in that users worklist. I don't however want to login as that user and checkout and checkin the document.

Is there therefore a way I can add document items to another users worklist?

I haven't actually tried it, but you might be able to do this:

IManDocument doc = (IManDocument) Document;
IManDocuments doclist = (IManDocuments)cursession.Worklist;
doclist.AddDocumentReference(doc);

But the bigger question is: how do you get a handle to another user's worklist?
