Problems creating the Site

Hi,

Iam not able to creat the Sites with Administrator/Editor role. The menu option File->New Site is disabled.

Only way iam able to create sites is by logging as "root" and role as "Master".

Please let me know is there any way that Administarator can create the sites ?

Administrator and Master both have full access for LiveSite options. Make sure you are creating this operation in Workarea.

Make sure also that your Master user has write access to the workarea root dir and the sites dir. Being Master sidesteps all TeamSite permissions but does not override file-level permissions as they are managed by the file system.
