Hi all.
Is it normal that getting all records from the ReportUserLogins view in the MediaBin database takes over an hour?
The table contains just over 100000 records, so the time it takes to get all the records strikes me as a bit too long...

If I may add to the above, after 4 hours (!) it had only returned 35000 rows, and had made the server unresponsive...
Either we have something seriously wrong with our installation of MediaBin, or that view is not very effective!

Something clearly is wrong! If you have not opened a support case yet, please do so; so we can look into the specifics.

Done. We have this behaviour on three separate machines, so I suspect something went wrong in the upgrade process from 4.01 to 4.5.3.

great. Depending on the size of the tables involved it may be the case that statistics need to be recalculated, or possibly we may need to add a custom index in your case. I will not prejudge until we get the specifics.

Adding an index is exactly what our local DB specialist was suggesting, and we told support about that, but so far we've only been asked to reindex tables and change view ownership from mediabinsqluser to dbo, and it hasn't helped at all.
Case number is 1244596. You may want to have a look...
