autoprivate.cfg | Making all files and folder private

Hi ,

Using TS 6.5 Win 2000 SP4 .

I want to make 'rampup' folder & .bak files as private .

Following are entries of autoprivate.cfg

[HTML] (
(
((rampup))
)
(
((x.bak)(0)(4))
)
)[/HTML]

The above code is making all the files & folder as private.

Could anyone tell me what is wrong with the above code .

It got solved .

Actually we have to give file first and then folders in autoprivate.cfg

So my new autoprivate.cfg is

[HTML] (
(
((x.bak)(0)(4))
)
(
((rampup))
)

) [/HTML]

Its working perfectly fine now .

For knowledge sharing... it works through the lines. More strict the match, it should be written above.

Thats why files pattern match should be before folder match... as folder would match everything leaving files as not to match.

point is, that the Autoprivate file consists of two sections:
1. section: files (or directories) matched by pattern
2. section: files (or directories) matched by name

It is not possible to swap these two sections.
The sequence within one section is not relevant. A match is a match.
